Scientific Essays

The submitted text must be a scientific essay based on research. Therefore, it must draw on the systematic, rigorous, empirical, and verifiable findings of the research conducted, and its narrative style should make use of linguistic devices to avoid monotony.

The essay must include the following:

Title: Do not include acronyms or explanatory notes. The subtitle is optional.

Abstract: maximum 300 words.

Keywords: maximum five.

All of this must be in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Below the title, include: author’s name, affiliated institution, email address, and ORCID code. If you do not have one, you can create it for free at https://orcid.org/register.

The essay must contain an introduction, a body or development of ideas, and conclusions. Furthermore, these three parts must be clearly articulated.

The introduction should provide context for the topic, outline the essay’s objectives, discuss the state of the art, and articulate the author(s)’s question and/or position.

The body of the essay should present the arguments, contrasts, and justification of the position, supported by classical and contemporary theorists on the topic.
