    SyNerGia Empresarial promotes the free dissemination of knowledge under an open access approach. In line with this philosophy, all published articles are available free of charge, with no economic barriers or technical restrictions for readers.
  2. Open Access Coverage
    Synergia Empresarial adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (Budapest Open Access Initiative – 2001); therefore:
  • All content may be accessed, downloaded, printed, and shared at no cost.
  • No prior registration or subscription is required to access full articles.
  • Open access fosters equity in education, collaborative research, and the transfer of knowledge to society.

    Articles are available under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY‑NC‑SA 4.0). This means that:
    It is permitted to copy, distribute, transform, and adapt the content, provided that:
  • Proper credit is given to the author(s) and to the journal.
  • The material is not used for commercial purposes.
  • Any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Not permitted:

  • Commercializing articles or including them in for‑profit materials without express authorization.
  • Publishing modified versions under more restrictive licenses.
  1. Article Processing Charges and other fees (APC)
    Synergia Empresarial focuses on the dissemination and communication of scholarly output; therefore, it has no economic interests and does not charge APCs, does not charge for access, and does not provide financial compensation to contributors.
  2. Embargo period
    Synergia Empresarial does not apply an embargo period. Its contents are available immediately, both as individual articles and as complete volumes once the volume and its articles are visible.
  3. Deposit Policy
    The contents of Synergia Empresarial may be deposited in open access indexing services and in repositories that use Open Archives Initiative–Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI‑PMH), such as:
  • Institutional repositories
  • National repositories
  • Regional repositories
  • Open access repositories

SyNerGia Empresarial guarantees interoperability through the OAI‑PMH protocol, enabling repositories, digital libraries, and indexing systems to harvest its publication metadata. The harvesting link is: OAI 2.0 Request Results.

  1. Open science policies for journals
    SyNerGia Empresarial follows general open science policies. Articles are published without charging authors, and the journal does not pay reviewers or the editorial board.

The journal works with open access electronic platforms such as Open Journal Systems (OJS) and operates under open access standards with a Creative Commons license, allowing electronic copying of articles as long as author and co‑author attribution is maintained.

The journal will be hosted in open repositories and adheres to international open science agreements.

    SyNerGia Empresarial implements policies to ensure the long‑term preservation of its digital contents. Strategies include:
  • Regular backups of all published files and metadata.

  • Assignment of persistent identifiers (DOI) to each article, ensuring traceability and long‑term access.

These actions ensure that, even if the journal ceases activity, its contents will remain accessible through associated repositories and digital preservation systems.
