Resumen

Las complicaciones cardíacas en el dengue son infrecuentes, pero pueden ser graves y en algunos casos mortales, entre las cuales se encuentran la pericarditis, la miocarditis o una combinación de ambas, que forman parte del espectro del síndrome inflamatorio miopericárdico. Presento un caso de miopericarditis por dengue.
