Peer Review System
Preliminary Editorial Assessment
All articles are subject to a preliminary editorial assessment by the Editorial Committee. This Committee reserves the right, in the first instance, to determine whether the articles align with the journal’s areas of interest and topics, evaluating their relevance and originality. Likewise, the Editorial Committee determines whether the submitted articles meet the essential requirements of a scientific article, as well as each of the editorial guidelines established herein. The Editorial Committee will notify the authors if their manuscripts are rejected without undergoing the peer review process described below.
Peer Review Process
The review process for articles submitted to the Ibero-American Journal of Scientific Innovation JA TUAIDA is double-blind, meaning that authors do not know the identity of the reviewers, nor do the reviewers know the identity of the authors. The journal guarantees the confidentiality of the final evaluation results of each manuscript. The Editorial Committee will send a final evaluation report of the article, which will be delivered via the email address provided by the author.
Reviewers will use an evaluation form provided by the Editorial Committee, which includes all the criteria that the author must meet. The form also includes a maximum and minimum score, which determines whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected for publication. External reviewers decide whether the work is publishable, publishable with suggestions, publishable with necessary corrections, or not publishable. The decision is final. If the manuscript is accepted, the author will be informed of the publication date. If rejected, the author will also be contacted to make the necessary adjustments and continue improving the manuscript for possible future submission.
The journal has reviewers from different national and international universities with strong academic backgrounds, research experience, teaching expertise, scientific publication records, and mastery of the respective area of knowledge.
